What is it?

Private Workout is an ethical, science-based alternative to normal gyms.
Each person starts with a personal trainer who will:
-form-fit each exercise machine to your body
-teach you the proper form
-give you a pre-planned workout
-make suggestions for proper protein consumption

 

 

Work Hard or Work Smart?
In order to get fit, the optimal workout must:
-Last no more than 30 minutes  workout YEARS longer than 60 or 90min
-Burn a maximum of calories to reduce fat
-Restore lost muscle and tone to raise metabolism
-Achieve 120 heartbeats per minute  to live longer: reduce risk of heart attack
